I'm a School Psychologist who writes innovative novels about adventure and history. Now that Pope Francis has acknowledged that residential schools were genocide people unfamiliar with the history of these schools might like to read the actual history of what happened set in a novel setting.  My novels are set in Hawaii (Calvinist missionaries placed the children who became their kings and Queen into a residential school and destroyed them.  They are also set in Alaska, California, Australia and Tahiti.    My latest novel "Dilemma: is about racism in  California towards Native Americans and Latinos.  It is a satiriical romantic Comedy about rascist attitudes.  One of the main characters, Malcolm Evans is a billionaire CEO of a California real estate development company with a mindset similar to Donald Trump..  His daughter and VP, gorgeous but relationship-challenged Francis Evans, contracts with ruggedly handsome Simeon Yellowdancer, a Native American choreographer, to produce the grandson her father demands.  The old saying "opposites attract" applies here and Francis and Simeon, despite their world view clashes unexpectedly find each other irresistible.  The results include sparks, personality disintegration, humor, and satire..

Some of my other books are on the books page.   "The Great Canadian Adventure" tells the story of rascism against First Nation's on Canada's journey to becoming a great nation.  It's a great read to help undertand the protests against racism in America and Canada.  "Aloha and Mai Tais" and my other six Hawaii novels tell about rascism towards Native Hawaiians.  It was a finalist in Dan Poynter's global e-book awards contest.  "An End to  Innocence" tells of   the romance and empowerment of a Hawaiian-Japanese hula dancer.  My six hour audiobook "Kula Keiki Ali'i" tells of the children who became the last five monarchs of Hawaii and how rascism destroyed them.  You can watch the kahuna blessing of this audiobook at https//www.youtube.com/watch?v=qODcLNsZMy4. "Journey Great Barrier Reef" was a winner in the Telleride Indiefest Script Contest.   It tells about racism in Australia.  My Canadian novels include "The Great Canadian Adventure", "Return of the Canoe Societies", and "Timber Sale.

I also write non- fiction books like "School Proof Your Child" and  metaphysical books because of my unusual experiences after my partner's passing.  "Not Really Coincidence" and "No Need To Say Goodbye" tell of these experiences.  All my books can be found on Amazon, Audible Books and I-tunes for the audiobook, and Kindle.
